Job Description:
MindPath Care Centers, a proud part of Community Psychiatry, is
seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team of
skilled professionals in providing high-quality, personalized
mental health services through therapy and medication management.
The chosen candidate will be instrumental in delivering tailored
therapy sessions to outpatients, focusing on diverse client needs,
with an adherence to ethical and innovative care practices. As an
Outpatient Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a
compassionate environment that emphasizes growth, support, and the
wellbeing of both patients and staff. Conduct individual and group
therapy sessions with diverse patient populations. Develop and
execute patient management plans and contribute to treatment team
coordination. Maintain detailed records of patient therapy sessions
and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
tailor treatment plans. Stay updated with the latest therapies and
mental health practices. Ensure confidentiality and adherence to
professional ethics. Strong skills in psychological assessment
tools and techniques. Ability to design and implement effective
treatment plans. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems.
Capability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.

401k Licensed as a Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or similar.
Continuing education in cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, or
other specialty areas preferred.
