Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation SpecialistCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Larkspur, California.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to work in the specialty area of Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of California.Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and outcomesRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist in a rehabilitation setting
  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of California
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
