Afresh is looking for aVice President (VP) of Delivery and Customer
Operations who is able to deliver consistent, high-quality work
while focusing on the strategic, long-term development of our
Operations function. You will run all Operations for Afresh,
allowing us to deliver uncommonly impactful software product to
grocers in the US and beyond, as well as ensuring outstanding
ongoing support. To do this you'll be partnering with functions
from across the company - Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer
Success - to massively reduce food waste and make fresh food more
accessible at our grocery partners!
- Own Operations at Afresh - leading the Implementation and
Customer Support functions
- Implement and support our product and delight our customers
while doing so
- Grow and retain our existing Operations team
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the long-term success
of the Operations functions Skills and experience

- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting
sophisticated software products in the real world
- Direct P&L ownership at a fast growing startup
- Experience growing a function efficiently
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively
- Strong communication skills with people of all levels - from
store level employees at our partners to grocery executives to
