Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or
equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in program
management. 8 years of experience in security, or relevant
technical domain. 8 years of experience managing cross-functional
relationships across different teams. 5 years of experience
managing machine resourcing. Preferred qualifications: 8 years of
experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll
use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary
projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to
plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and
communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the
company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses
and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the
technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Do you

risk reduction. We are looking for a versatile, curious, and
adaptable Senior Technical Program Manager to shape, guide, and
lead our efforts to secure and support Google's privacy, safety,
and security capacity management needs within Google’s privacy,
safety, and security organization. The US base salary range for
this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and
relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about

Responsibilities Define and guide strategic, complex and
cross-functional capacity management programs that ensure machine
capacity for high priority launches across privacy, safety, and
security programs. Optimize and manage, skillful accounting and
data processes, and leveraging cross-organization relationships,
deliver organization-wide improvements to the maturity and
predictability of our critical systems. Partner with executive
cross-functional stakeholders across Alphabet and influence
process, policy, and technical implementations to advance these
goals. Represent program portfolios from a technical, business,
program perspective to executive leadership. Influence process,
policy, and technical implementations to scale programs and teams.
Develop in a dynamic team environment. Communicate, collaborate,
and negotiate with internal and external partners from requirements
to impactful results. Guide and contribute to initiatives that
foster a positive and productive work environment.
