one. What You’ll Do As a Calibration Technician , you’ll support
quality and performance in our aviation services by calibrating,
testing, and inspecting tools and equipment. You'll work in lab,
production, clean room, and test environments, ensuring our
equipment meets strict standards and supporting engineering teams
with troubleshooting and precision measurement. In this role, you
will: Calibrate and perform routine maintenance on measurement
equipment such as calipers, micrometers, bore gages, pressure
gages, and indicators. Apply measurement science principles to
identify and solve calibration-related problems. Interpret
blueprints using geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
techniques. Determine appropriate tools, reference standards, and
mathematical methods for specific calibration tasks. Create,
modify, and follow calibration procedures to meet ISO and metrology
standards. Work with engineers, equipment users, and other
technicians to ensure accurate measurements and tool use. Maintain
compliance with all safety protocols and internal quality
standards. Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of
operations. Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on
calibration/metrology experience Experience with test and
measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gage pins, pressure
gages) High school diploma or GED plus technical school training or
equivalent military experience (metrology or inspection is a plus)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Ability to read,
understand, and follow technical documentation in English Preferred
Qualifications: ASQ Certified Calibration Technician and/or
Certified Quality Inspector Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 and/or
