Sales Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

Assists sales team with corporate sponsorships including prospecting and pitching new clients, renewing current sponsors, creating sales proposals and documents, and performing follow-up activities. Supports--the Sales team in the acquisition of new business and the sale of sponsorships. Assists with experiential placement/permitting with local agencies, private/public event spaces, and premium vendor spaces across the Tandem portfolio of properties. Develops a database of qualified leads and new clients through cold calling, research, referrals, and email. Builds, maintains and strengthens client and vendor relationships to encourage increased business Prepares sales materials, proposals, and venue presentations. Participates in the planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of all partners--- contractual elements Gathers, documents, monitors and maintains sponsor assets. Provides administrative function for sales support including but not limited to: generating reports and recaps, cataloging and documentation, and providing excellent customer service to on-site sponsor and premium space client Maintains and records daily Sales activity on Salesforce.
