Position

This person will be an integral part of a growing team to achieve sales of tailored Enterprise Identity & Authentication Management (EIAM) solutions to both current and prospective customers. You will participate in the formulation and modification of short and long-term sales strategies for targeted territories and/or vertical markets. They provide both technical and strategic advice focused on solving business problems, creating business opportunities and driving business outcomes.


Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating sales growth through existing and new account development. The candidate must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to implementing IdM/IAM/MFA/SSO solutions.


  • Demonstrated understanding of industry and technology trends and challenges, with the ability to translate this knowledge into sales campaigns to drive business value
  • Prior success developing new customer relationships in an outbound selling model
  • Solid understanding of both software application and consumer hardware development practices, and the ability to convey such understanding to customers, partners, and prospects
  • Solid understanding of technology architectures and principles, and the ability to convey such understanding to customers, partners and prospects

  • Demonstrates high service knowledge and professionalism in researching and sharing service- related information with account teams and customers
  • Leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts - prospecting, negotiating and closing deals
  • Negotiate and drive deals to ensure successful closes and high win rate
  • Uses specialty knowledge to actively prospects within accounts to discover or cultivate sales opportunities
  • Experience creating and managing C-Level Client relationships with a consultative sales mindset
  • Interface with both internal and external/industry experts to anticipate customer needs and facilitate solutions development
  • Build sales readiness and reduce client learning curve through effective knowledge transfer in area of specialization

  • Serving on Enterprise Markets subcommittees to build value and efficiencies for our clients, prospects and overall business
  • Good prioritization and delegation skills in order to focus on the key client opportunities
  • Knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner/ISV solution
  • Good communication is at the core of everything we do, and you must be a strong communicator able to speak to a wide range of customers and team members, across a wide range of geographies.


    Qualifications


    • Minimum 8 years of sales management experience within a high-tech vendor, selling and/or implementing custom software development solutions and/or IT professional services
    • Track record of over achievement in selling, in both direct sales and through technology partnerships to strategic account
    • Security, Identity, Authentication experience strongly preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience.
    • Experience with working in an "Agile" environment
    • Proven record of strong sales results where the individual has met and/or exceeded annual goals

    • Strong presentation, writing and organizational skills

    • Entrepreneurial attitude and teamwork-oriented
    • Ability for travel (25% - 40%)
    • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree (preferred)
