THE ROLE

The Regional Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for expanding Company’s presence in our West region by leading the company’s Enterprise sales activities. This role will be called upon to deliver quarterly sales results needed to achieve revenue targets for the company, while building the foundation for long-term relationships and leadership in the cloud-based ERP market space. The RVP of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for creating and accelerating relationships with Enterprise organizations and for maintaining ongoing relationships through emphasis on strong attention to customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES Build, develop and lead a senior level enterprise sales team Create relationships and alliances with large enterprises and global organizations Expand upon existing partners and system integrators to establish a demonstrable ecosystem Collaborate with the Executive Team to build revenue streams for the company Work closely with the Mid-Market and Small Business sales teams in support of revenue growth Coordinate with finance, product engineering, services and support to develop a presence in the enterprise marketplace Maintain a customer-centric, fast-paced and team-oriented culture Develop and enable the sales team, driving opportunity for them to expand their business Maintain an open-minded, enthusiastic and creative approach to every sales opportunity BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years proven experience in building, developing and leading a productive and successful revenue generating sales team A consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and profit goals Success in selling Enterprise applications on a national, regional and local basis Well versed in building and executing a sustainable sales strategy Strong knowledge of enterprise resource planning and risk compliance technologies Superior presentation and negotiation skills Customer focused, as measured by a demonstrated track record of satisfying customers PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred Strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem Experience in the SaaS/Cloud space a big plus
