Job Description:

SUMMARY: Responsible for creating, expanding, and managing sales initiatives, programs, and processes to increase new and expand existing sales of iWorkGlobal services and products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following reflects management's definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.   • This position is an individual contributor role that develops, documents, and presents to senior leadership strategic and tactical sales plan(s); evolves plan to continually changing business priorities/products and articulates/presents vision and results for leadership and organization as
  • Independently builds and manages sales programs, campaigns, and lead generation to support national and global Employer of Record (EOR) based services and
  • Creates and presents to prospects and clients RFP's, business reviews, and reports; manages ongoing meetings, webinars, calls, etc. to support sales
  • Creates and manages metrics to evaluate prospects and clients for optimal fit; industry, need, size, scope, tools, technology, adoption, expansion,
  • Proactively develops ideal profile(s) of optimal prospect opportunities to target; updates profiles as market and organization
  • Creates and implements processes to measure services, tools, and product(s) success
  • Independently initiates, develops, and secure quality working relationships with partners and clients; ensures ROI of sales programs and facilitates client
  • Meets role specific vital factor business objectives, quotas and financial goals; as assigned.
  • Works closely with leadership, sales, operations, and client service team members to resolve sales and client related conflicts; ensures partnership
  • Continually gathers information on competition and prevalent industry/business climate to build informative competitive advantage(s); communicates information to management and others as
  • Negotiates client contracts and work
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as
  • Performs other duties as assigned by

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education and
    • 3 to 5 years selling staffing, payroll, employer of record, or HR technology services domestically or internationally.
    • Previously demonstrated superior strategic sales program execution and results; including business and copy writing, content change management, marketing materials/campaigns, phone and lead generation campaigns, networking, strategic planning, presenting, influencing, etc.; in additional to strong independent RFP preparation/presentation
    • Must have ability to interact with clients to develop lasting and productive relationships; excellent relationship building and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to handle multiple complex and demanding projects and meet deadlines
    • Proven presentation, independent leadership/business impactful decision making, and business acumen skills.
    • Good independent leader judgment with the ability to make timely and sound
    • Excellent problem resolution, escalation mitigation, and consultative service sales
    • Commitment to employment compliance and excellent customer service
    • Ability to prepare meaningful statistical data analysis, and executive level
    • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work constructively within constantly changing priorities with
    • Ability to work independently or as part of a
    • Strong PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
