Partnering with other corporate and field organizations including CX leadership, professional services delivery, subscription sales, IT, and marketing. We are looking for an upbeat individual who is ready to dig in and help us get to the next level of enablement.About the RoleOur team is looking for a high energy Program Manager who is a strong leader, motivated self-starter, and strategic problem solver.In this role, you will not only run complex programs that have global impact on Workday, but you'll also work directly with our internal partners to play a role in achieving corporate objectives and furthering our strategic growth initiatives through the development of processes.About YouAbout You

  • Experience working in an enablement role supporting Services Sales, Managing Partners, Customer Success, or Professional Services.
  • Experience leading or participating in projects on a large cross-functional team, with a strong sense of prioritization, focus, and excellent attention to detail, while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, strategic-thinking, planning, and execution skills.
  • Ability to influence process development and assess change impacts as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and creatively problem solve.
  • Ability to work independently, with general guidance and mentorship.
  • Ability to form relationships and engage with SMEs in support of programs.
  • Dynamic presenter with professional presentation and facilitation skills, experience addressing both large and small groups.
  • Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and impact.Basic Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years' experience of program management on an enablement team.
    • 5+ years' experience leading programs/projects.
    • 5+ years' experience leading multiple work streams and driving timelines.Other Qualifications
      • Knowledge of established Workday business processes related to CX, Services Sales and Managing Partners
      • End user of Salesforce and Google Suite
      • Detail oriented and well-organized, able to lead multiple projects at once.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Excellent social skills, ability to form relationships cross-functionally.
      • Ability to travel 10% of the time.
        Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
