The JobUnchained Labs is seeking a highly-motivated and proactive sales professional covering the West Coast of the US, to lead the company's commercial activities within this territory. The role requires that you are able to find, nurture and close new business. The candidate should have strong track record in hitting targets and developing new business through a variety of traditional and social channels. A deep understanding of capital sales within the instrumentation business, as well as detailed technical understanding of the life sciences industry is essential. Application specific knowledge of the exosome/extracellular vesicles/cell and gene therapy market would be highly beneficial but not essential. The candidate should be accustomed to using contact management systems and experience with Salesforce would be preferred. Responsibilities

  • Report to the Senior Director of Sales and develop and optimize a well-balanced and sales strategy.
  • Demonstrate NanoView's technology at customer sites to nurture sales pipelines and close business on NanoView's behalf.
  • Find, nurture and close new business.
  • Represent the business in a professional manner at external meetings/demonstrations and scientific conferences.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with customers to ensure effective use of NanoView's products as well as drive post-sale business.
  • Work with marketing colleagues to develop a local strategy for marketing and lead generation.
  • Work closely with customers to identify and interpret market dynamics influencing demands for new products and new assay development.
  • Report monthly KPIs and be responsible for ensuring growth and development of these business-critical areas of development.Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, molecular biology, cell biology, immunology or similar discipline
    • 5+ years industry experience in a relevant sales role.
    • Prior experience with or similar CRM
    • Experience with immunological assays including ELISA and Western Blotting (preferred)
    • Familiar with fluorescence and bright-field microscopy techniques (preferred)
    • Prior experience in the field of extracellular vesicles (preferred)
