You will be involved in the lifecycle of the overall internal Project/s working closely with other specialist project teams delivering the service to a customer base that includes leading global blue-chip organizations.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Costing, estimating, planning, and procurement for Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and NetworkingprojectsReview bills of materials from design submissionsCreate proposals/quotations for clientsProcess client Purchase OrdersControl the purchase and supply of procured items & services, resolve any issueseffectivelyEnsure suppliers deliver products on agreed time schedule and provide up to dateproject progress reports to managementAbility to identify any contract variations / change orders and update project scope toinclude agreed changes.Coordinate and monitor the shipment of project specific inventoryTrack cost, variations and changes throughout the project and report accordinglyEstablishing project timeframes and milestones, working closely with projectmanagement teamsProcess final project invoicing, working closely with Account Management teamsAttend client meetings, as requiredWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:Experience in a procurement role, with a firm knowledge of the supply chain processClear understanding of the commercials involved in buying/selling hardwareExperience using account management / procurement softwareStrong numeracy skills and analytical abilityStrong time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasksProficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Project, Word, Excel)Availability for occasional travel to remote client project sites within the United StatesWillingness to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global companyPREFFERED SKILLS:Experience of Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking environmentsStrong client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong team-work experienceExcellent attention to detailA proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet.Can drive progress positively and effectively, keeping all stakeholders informed.Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handlingmultiple issues.EOS is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
