Job Description:

The Region Sales Support person provides support to the Region Sales Team across a wide range of projects and tasks. The responsibilities include communicating promotions, resolving customer concerns and requirements, tracking of monthly sales goals and objectives, issuing of sales materials, assisting in preparing promotional flyers, presentations and assisting in territory management. The position reports to the RVP and is responsible for sales support in multiple locations and markets EDUCATION/ CERTIFICATION/ # OF YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ REQUIRED SKILLS

• Responsibilities:
• Tracking and communicating the week/monthly sales goals for the Rams. Preparing sales presentations and promotions for the sales team. Tracking sales documentation including promotional photos, display contests etc. Assist RSM's in region with CarDATA tracking and compliance. Assist RAM's with customer issues and opportunities. Assist Ram's with a variety of daily issues in the field. Facilitates communication between the RAM's/customers/Management. Tracks various company tasks and assignments.
• Requirements:
• Proven work experience in a relevant role, ideally as office manager of equivalent
• Strong computer skills - comfortable using computer and associated business program - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Well-developed communication skills - up and down channel communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail--
