The Opportunity We've seen incredible revenue growth so far, driven by a talented and versatile Inside Sales team. Now, we're expanding our reach into new markets, and looking for our first ever Head of Sales - University Partnerships to drive enrollments with an ever-increasing volume of University partners. This role provides the opportunity to build, scale, and iterate process, strategy, and metrics from the ground up. You'll be working closely with key cross-functional leaders and external stakeholders, and report to the Director of Sales & Admissions. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of appropriate call scripts, processes, and metrics tracking to establish a world-class University Partnerships Sales function
  • Be the go-to person on the sales side for 15+ upcoming university partnership course launches, coordinating between Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Project Management, and the GM of University Partnerships
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly enrollment goals, converting qualified applicants into enrollments
  • Identify opportunities and test strategies to improve yield of high-quality candidates; build and execute persona-driven sales pitches tailored to each course
  • Fully leverage Hubspot to consistently build and deliver an accurate pipeline, including clear and concise notes
  • Provide monthly enrollment forecasts to senior management and develop individual improvement plans for your reps
  • Work with Marketing to create lead generation and sales conversion tools and streamline targeted marketing efforts by analyzing student patterns and behaviors
  • Monitor, evaluate, and develop the performance of individuals on your team; instill and maintain a quality- and integrity-based sales process-- You
    • Have 2+ years of experience managing a large sales org with proven leadership and staff development skills, including building a team
    • Have 3+ years of experience in B2C consultative sales and bring a proven track record of sales success, meeting and/or exceeding sales goals consistently
    • Are a strong player-coach
    • Possess an infectiously positive attitude and drive to win; you're assertive, persistent, persuasive, a self-starter, and fiercely determined
    • Are highly analytical and comfortable working with data
    • Possess a continuous improvement mindset, in which you naturally collaborate with teammates to create and share best practices and refine a scalable sales process
