Who You Are As the Head of Sales and Success Enablement you will be responsible for enabling all customer facing teams (Sales, Success, Support, Engagement) with the knowledge, tools, and training needed to deliver a world-class customer experience. You will own the new hire onboarding experience for new brightwheelers, and drive ongoing training to up-level team skills and results. You will solve for the employee experience by diving deep into the workflow for each customer facing role and find ways to optimize the process and improve our ability to deliver quality service to our customers.-- What You'll Do

  • Lead the training and enablement function for a fast growing team
  • Play a critical role in the development and success of the customer teams
  • Own the new hire experience for customer teams
  • Partner with analytics, operations and customer teams to identify opportunities to improve results
  • Create programs for ongoing enablement and learning
  • Facilitate shared learnings across customer teams to improve the customer experience
  • Administer and create content in our Learning Management System (we use Lesson.ly )--
  • Test new ideas in a lab environment
  • Structure a resource library for all customer teams to easily access the playbooks they need to be successful in their role
  • Develop a system to measure the adoption and impact of training, and how enablement is impacting company goals Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
    • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar function
    • 2+ years of experience as a people manager
    • Track record of setting big goals and consistently achieving them
    • Proven ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement; track record of placing big bets on new ideas and learning from the outcomes
    • Experience launching, running, and creating content in an LMS (Lessonly preferred)
    • Ability to use data to identify opportunities to accelerate performance
    • Ability to create systems to measure outcomes and impact on company goals
    • Experience successfully implementing performance management--processes
    • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to meet aggressive timelines on big initiatives
