Together, we're building a better tomorrow for our employees, customers, partners, and communities.What You'll DoWe are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Business Architect, responsible for driving the alignment of business processes with strategic objectives through advanced analysis techniques and innovative solutions.The Business Architect will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships between project teams and departments, streamlining processes, and enhancing productivity across the organization. Through continuous refinement and optimization, they will identify areas for improvement within business processes, implement targeted enhancements, and develop robust frameworks to mitigate potential risks to enterprise operational management.Moreover, the Business Architect will strategically manage legacy systems, integrating data-driven approaches for modernization and optimization. By prioritizing updates and minimizing disruptions, they will ensure the ongoing improvement and efficiency of legacy systems, contributing to the organization's long-term success and sustainability.Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate advanced analysis techniques using any process design tools to enhance the precision of business process frameworks, ensuring they align closely with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships between project teams and departments to streamline business processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement within business processes and implement targeted enhancements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop robust frameworks to identify and mitigate potential risks to business operations.
  • Define key metrics to assess process performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Generate actionable insights from data analysis to support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Efficiently strategize the management of legacy systems, integrating data-driven approaches for modernization and optimization.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.What You Bring
    • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Information Technology, or related with 4+ years of experience or Master's in Computer Science, Industrial Engineer, Information Technology is preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in digital transformation, SCM (Supply Chain Management) operations, data analysis, in-depth understanding of AI.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process innovation, and change management.
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven track record of driving successful digital transformation initiatives and delivering tangible business results.
    • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in SCM processes.
    • Possess an innovative and creative mindset, actively exploring new ideas and adapting quickly to change.
    • Experience of enterprise business platform development based on microservice architecture and knowledge of web service such as REST API.
    • Data modeling experience in SCM area, and hands-on experience with databases such as SQL, PostgreSQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
