Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UltiPro Consultant to join our team. As an UltiPro Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding our clients through the implementation, configuration, and optimization of UltiPro and UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems. Your expertise in these HR technology platforms will play a crucial role in streamlining HR processes, enhancing data management, and maximizing the efficiency of our clients' workforce management.Key Responsibilities:Implementation Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and goals for UltiPro and UKG implementations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth and successful system deployment.System Configuration: Lead the configuration of UltiPro and UKG modules based on clients' specific needs, ensuring alignment with best practices, compliance standards, and industry regulations.Data Migration: Oversee the migration of HR data from legacy systems to UltiPro and UKG, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the process.Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users and administrators, enabling them to leverage the full capabilities of UltiPro and UKG. Provide ongoing support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system operation.Process Optimization: Analyze clients' existing HR processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and increase automation using UltiPro and UKG features.Integration Management: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate UltiPro and UKG with other relevant systems, such as payroll, time and attendance, and benefits administration, to create a unified HR ecosystem.Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change associated with adopting new HR technologies, offering guidance and support to overcome potential challenges.Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of UltiPro and UKG configurations to validate system functionality, identify and rectify issues, and ensure smooth user experiences.Stay Current with Product Updates: Keep abreast of UltiPro and UKG product updates, enhancements, and new features, and recommend relevant updates to clients to continuously optimize their HR processes.Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configuration settings, processes, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UltiPro and UKG implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, payroll, benefits administration, time and attendance, and talent management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certifications in UltiPro and UKG products (if available) would be an advantage.
