Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Director, Product Set-Up and Commercialization (PSC) this individual's primary responsibility will be leading and facilitating the setup of various aspects of SAP master data needed to plan, produce, deploy, and sell Lifestyles's products. This master data include Material Master (MM), Bills of Materials (BOM), Purchase Info Records, Costing, and Pricing Master, and more. As a working Manager, this role is an experienced SAP Master Data SME collaborating with various departments to facilitate the timely creation of master data. The Product Commercialization and Master Data Manager will work collaboratively with the entire PSC team to manage the commercialization process and facilitate weekly Commercialization team meetings. This position will document work instructions, create workflows, cross train business users, and create/monitor KPI metric reporting. This position will provide business unit support acting as a central knowledge source for all aspects of new item setup milestones within SAP PLM & ECC for MM & BOM master data domain topics.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
--- Manage the product commercialization process and guide the cross-functional teams to execute the process in a timely efficient manner.
--- Host/Co-host weekly Product Setup & Commercialization meetings with cross-functional teams. Includes ongoing monitoring, entry and management of tracking logs, product setup analysis & milestone management.
--- Coordinate with business SME's, Client Global Data Management, and Product Data Management teams in SF and Racine, WI to troubleshoot and do root cause analysis to both resolve issues and develop long term corrective actions
--- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to establish, revise and drive accountability to data governance rules, standard validation activities, and proper change management practices of master data records.
--- Partner with Business Units, Shared Services and IT experts on aspects of global and local data governance to continually evolve and streamline business processes to gain efficiencies.
--- Identify process improvements and collaborate regularly with various teams to develop solutions that optimize data entry and identify process triggers to facilitate efficient hand off to subsequent teams.
--- Provide guidance and training to cross-functional team members on any new requirements with regards to SAP Material Master (MM), Bills of Materials (BOM), Purchase Info Records, Costing, and Pricing Master, and more.
--- Maintain a working knowledge of SAP, Manufacturing, Finance, and Distribution systems and the impact of master data on these areas.
--- Support LSB and enterprise projects as needed (typically regarding data setup collaboration activities).
--- Interest to develop project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
--- Must have a minimum of 5-7 years experience in an SAP PLM/ERP product data management role
--- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business (Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, Logistics) or Industrial Engineering
--- Direct experience working with SAP ECC and/or PLM
--- 5+ years of hands on experience with multiple data technologies and processes such as master data management, data integration, data quality, etc
--- Preferable experience in Consumer Packaged Goods manufacturing industry
--- Familiarity with enforcing applicable controls related to MD processes, ERP data dictionaries, and data quality or KPI reporting
--- Experience working with various cloud systems or portals and help ticket systems
--- Experience with managing projects and or working directly on New Product Development (NPD) projects.
--- Intermediate to advance experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
--- Intermediate to strong understanding of SAP MM & BOM datasets
--- Working knowledge of data governance practices and Master Data SLA/KPI reporting
--- Background with maintaining user documentation and Tracking logs
--- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for internal customers both face to face and over the phone/zoom calls.
