Job Description:

We re looking for a Plant Manager to lead all daily operations maximizing efficiency, quality, safety and distribution. RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, organize, direct and manage day-to-day plant operations.Responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping.Drive continuous improvement across all plant activities and operations.Maintain, improve and monitor existing and planned maintenance programs.Provide a clear set of objectives, direction and focus to all departments.Manage budget, design, sourcing, and implementation of capital equipment.REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other related field.5+ years of Plant Manager experience in a food manufacturing plant.10+ years of experience in supervising employees.Strong business and management principles.Knowledge of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, and inventory processes.Ability to build and manage operational KPI s.Strong knowledge of facility and maintenance / CMMS programs.Knowledge of industry standard equipment.Excellent compensation package!
