professional with a passion for maintaining the integrity of HR
information systems? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you
to join our dynamic team as an HRIS Workday Sr Analyst. This role
is pivotal in ensuring our HR systems run smoothly and efficiently,
and we're looking for top talent to fill it.Key
Responsibilities:System Wizardry: Your expertise will shine as you
maintain HR information systems configuration, ensuring everything
aligns with established guidelines. You'll be the go-to for
converting data related to restructures, salary survey changes, and
more.Data Detective: Dive into HR data to identify issues and
propose effective solutions, all while ensuring data integrity.
Your keen troubleshooting skills, knowledge of SQL, and project
oversight will be invaluable.Report Guru: Put your report-writing
skills to the test by creating and modifying custom reports using
HR data. Share your knowledge with the HR team to empower them with
insightful reports.System Guardian: Keep a watchful eye on our
systems and processes to ensure they're always functioning at their
best, even when interfacing with other systems.Audit Master:
Conduct and coordinate audits on HR information systems,
recommending process and policy changes to keep things running
smoothly.Documentation Maestro: Maintain up-to-date documentation
for system-related processes and procedures, ensuring accuracy and
recommending improvements as needed.Tech Trailblazer: Stay ahead of
the curve by assisting with system upgrades, updates, and fixes,
ensuring seamless transitions.System Ambassador: Act as a point of
contact for the organization, answering HR system inquiries and
aiding.Guardian of Confidentiality: Uphold the security and
confidentiality of HR data by authorizing appropriate security
roles and controlling data release. Escalate as necessary to ensure
data protection.ITS Partner: Collaborate with ITS to ensure HR
systems compliance with enterprise policies, manage interfaces with
other systems, and coordinate HR's use of ITS
