In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, and be proficient in AC/DC, wiring, calibration, and pneumatics. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can apply your technical skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:1. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency.2. Conduct regular preventative maintenance checks on all refrigeration units and systems.3. Troubleshoot and repair problems with refrigeration systems and their electrical controls.4. Use your knowledge of AC/DC, wiring, and calibration to maintain and repair equipment.5. Work with pneumatics to maintain and repair refrigeration systems.6. Respond to emergency breakdowns and quickly diagnose and fix problems to minimize downtime.7. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and safety standards.8. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.9. Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure all refrigeration needs are met.10. Continuously update professional knowledge and learn about new products and features.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Refrigeration/Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry.2. Proven experience with AC/DC, Electrical Troubleshooting, Pneumatics, Wiring, Calibration, Cooling, and Electrical Controls.3. In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems and their components.4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex refrigeration issues.5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.7. High attention to detail and commitment to safety.8. Willingness to stay updated on new techniques and technologies in the field.9. Relevant certification or license may be required.10.
