Job Description:
Pendulum has an immediate job opening for a full-time Supply
Chain Lead to support our Consumer Brands business. This position
will operate under the supply chain and operations function and
will own the supply chain for raw material and consumable planning
as well as the consumer brands product lines after CMO production
thru order fulfillment to the customer. The right candidate will
direct and manage kitting, pick-pack-ship operations, purchasing,
warehousing, and distribution for the consumer brands business all
in a safe manner that meets our 111 and 117 product safety
regulations.
In addition, this position will be responsible for the budgeting
and cost control of 3PL services and related activities, working
closely with customer service to ensure the customer's needs are
met and ensure the right product is at the
right location at the right time. The Supply Chain Lead will also
manage, build and maintain the process flows and procedures for
their area of responsibility and identify opportunities for
streamlining activities and reduce costs, as well
as oversee product inventory of consumer brands business at all
impacted locations.
This role requires a high degree of math and analytical capability
with a combination of both strategic and tactical skills to
optimize the complex balance between customer demand, inventory,
capacity, lead-time, lot-size and other supply chain factors. This
role interacts with other supply chain professionals and
collaborates closely with Finance, Accounting, Sourcing,
Customer Service, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, and
suppliers on a daily basis. The supplier base includes domestic and
international affiliates and external vendors, including
Amazon.
