Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Accounting Consultant:Position type: Contract Duration: 7.5 Months Location: Emeryville, CA (Remote)As an Accounting Consultant, you will: Duties: Performs all functions necessary to process Semi-monthly Payroll.Process regular Semi-Monthly payroll and off-cycle payrolls and maintain payroll information as required.Necessary data entry for all time and attendance and personnel transactions such as new hire, termination, leave of absence, benefits deductions, garnishments, etc.Assist with data reporting and deduction updates for the ESPP purchase plan processMonitor direct deposit rejects from Payroll provider and process refunds accordinglyPerform gross to net calculation, audit and balancing of payroll.Analysis and Reporting.State and Federal taxes, including quarter and year-end reconciliations.Research and resolve tax issues received from tax agencies and ADP tax groupAudit payroll provide output reports, paychecks and taxes.Maintain all payroll records.Research and respond to employee's inquiries on paychecksDocument workflow and work procedures.The ideal candidate will have: Skills: SAP System Experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
