Job Description:

A healthcare company is actively seeking a dedicated and team-oriented -Inventory Analyst -to join their staff in a remote capacity. In this role, the -Inventory Analyst -will compile daily reporting summarizing inventory and demand trends across customer account locations.
Responsibilities

The -Inventory Analyst -will:

• 
  
• Analyze sales and inventory trends
  
• Isolate accounts that require realignment
  
• Perform adjustments as necessary
  
• Review account demand trends and provide findings to Field Support Representatives and Sales Team as necessary
  
• Identify assets at risk of expiration; -collaborate with Sales teams to drive recovery
  
• Identify processes in need of improvement and recommend enhancements or changes to those processes
  
• Adhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • 2+ years of experience in a high volume operational support environment with a focus on data analysis
    
  • Strong experience manipulating data from multiple sources
    
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel
    
  • Team-oriented
    
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
    
  • Highly organized
    
  • Demonstrated -data analysis skills
    
  • Ability to multitask
    
    Desired skills
    
    
    • 
      
    • Hands on knowledge and experience with on-demand (SaaS) systems, including Salesforce.com or other CRM software
      
    • Experience with supply/demand analysis and inventory management
