We are currently looking for a Distribution Specialist for an International Trading Company. Ideal candidate who has experience in logistics, distribution, or customer service.Position: Distribution SpecialistHiring Style: Full / Direct hire with great benefitsJob duties

• Daily monitoring of safety stock levels of assigned warehouses.
• Create purchase or transfer orders for warehouse replenishment.
• Confirm shipping and delivery status of all customer orders, and timely invoice upon acquisition of evidence if orders are not automatically invoiced.
• Provide effective and timely communication with branches.
• Back up other Distribution personnel.Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma required. AA college degree preferred.
  • Related experience preferably in consumer packaged goods industry warehouse distribution, inventory control, customer service.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills using Excel, Microsoft Windows, Word and E-mail.
  • Excellent customer service skills are a must.
