Job Description:

loss, and prepayment forecasting on credit sensitive positions
within the Analytics Portfolio. Participate in company stress
testing and capital planning efforts surrounding the securities
portfolio and Treasury mortgage portfolio. Advise line of business,
companywide functions, and more experienced leadership on business
strategies based on research of performance metrics, trends in
population distributions, predictive scenario modeling, and other
complex data to maximize profits and asset growth, and minimize
operating losses within risk and other operating standards.
Interpret and translate regulatory defined stress test scenarios
into model parameters, evaluate results of stress test results, and
interpretation of model output. Provide leadership in the
identification and development of new research concepts and
designs. Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations and
policies on all projects managed. Provide updates on project logs,
monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations
reviews. Assist managers and leaders in building quarterly and
annual plans and forecast future market research needs for business
partners supported. Mentor or manage more less experienced staff,
interns, and external contractors. Collaborate and consult with
peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues
and achieve goals. Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer
mentor.Responsibilities: --- The Data Visualization / Tableau
Consultant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing
advanced reporting, analytics, and functional KPI dashboards and
other BI solutions. --- Strong Data modelling knowledge to connect
underlying data tables to usage in reports --- The Consultant
continuously enhances interactions between end users, sponsors, and
internal team members by actively facilitating communication,
assisting with project management --- Hands on with Tableau Desktop
(dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data
source management) --- Create and edit SQL queries within Tableau
to build calculated fields. Create interactive filters, parameters
and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau
--- In-depth understanding of KPIs and Business Objectives to
measure operating performance, expertly advise on identification,
prioritization, analysis, resolution and management reporting of
activity status on dashboards. --- Work cross-functionally to
ensure the various underlying data sources are automated ---
Conducts full analyses of changes impacting customers and
operations data to ensures impacts are accurately represented into
metrics. Qualifications: --- Experience in dashboarding tools like
Tableau, Power BI, Looker. --- Experience in data analysis, design
and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions in
a data warehouse environment with experience in SQL. --- Ability to
troubleshoot tableau, report and SQL issues related to project ---
Tableau Desktop and web related experience for report building ---
Expert level SQL skills to troubleshoot and frame custom SQLs as
needed --- Possess ability to analyze business requirements and ask
clarifying questions --- Able to work independently with minimum
supervision and provide a structured development effort to
ongoing/new projects --- Excellent oral and written presentation
skills
