If you're ready to apply your exceptional skills to create the factory of the future, we'd love to speak with you.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced Global SupplyChainLead to manage ourend-to-end supply chain activities in the United States as well as collaborating closely with regional supply chain managers to meet business objectives at a global level. You will be responsible for strategic and tactical procurement activities to support the acquisition of materials for Bright Machines automation solutions. Your teamwork skills, strategic and analytical mind will be your assets as you collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, Integration (manufacturing operations), Finance, and colleagues in other international locations to create and execute effective supply chain operations.Some travel within North America and our international locations may be needed.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Develop and implement the supplychainstrategy to achieve cost effectiveness, on-time delivery, and scalability.
  • Source, negotiate contracts, and effectively manage strategic suppliers.
  • Perform, manage procurement activities, and resolve issues timely.
  • Establish logistics network and effectively manage logistics partners.
  • Analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
  • Develop and report on OKRs/KPIs.
  • Manage globalmaterial inventories to ensure efficient working capital.
  • Identify and drive globalsupplychainprocess improvements.WHAT WE WANT TO SEE
    • 5+ years of experience as asupplychainlead in a technology company with multiple domestic and international locations
    • Degree inSupplyChainManagement, Logistics,Industrial Engineeringor similar field
    • Excellent knowledge ofsupplychainprocesses
    • Working experience ofNetSuite
    • Proven procurement and negotiation skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven
    • Creative problem-solving and proactive
    • Impact-driven and scrappyIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAD
      • MBA or master's in supply chain/Logistics preferred.
      • Experience working in start-up environment.
