Business Analyst - IIIBcForward is looking for an Business Analyst - III at San Francisco, CA 94105 Job Title: Business Analyst - III Location: San Francisco, CA 94105Duration: 10 months contract Top 3-5 skill sets that would make a candidate stand out from the rest?1) experienced with various business requirement elicitation techniques2) strong verbal and written communication3) extensive SDLC experience Responsibilities* You will lead requirements gathering sessions and maintain business and technical requirements documents* You will serve as a subject matter expert in the business problems you solve* You can articulate complex technical matters in easy to understand, business facing terms* You will map as-is and to-be business processes* You will architect solutions to business problems with use of technology and business process engineering* You will partner with Business Technology, Trailhead and any other teams contributing towards your deployments* You will provide hands-on expert consultation to your team members, including developers, support staff on technical issues* You will develop and document technology and operational best practices* You will deploy technology systems and business processes for the business* You will design and manage the execution of UAT test plans and ensure a quality solution is delivered* You are able to support multiple projects with dependencies, simultaneously* You have strong communication and presentation skills* You will derive insights based on data from your deployments to further optimize our business processes* You demonstrate leadership and business acumen by anticipating business needs and are able to respond with alternative solutions when business priorities changeRequired Qualifications* 3-5 years of technology consulting or similar relevant industry experience* 3+ years of Salesforce platform implementation, integration, or development experience* 3+ years in a technical or functional project lead role* Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities* Experience presenting to senior-level leadership or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)* Experience managing at least two large-scale full-life cycle implementations of business solutions (CRM implementation experience a big plus)* Strong communication skills, both written and oralPreferred Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems* Salesforce Admin, Consultant, Architect or Developer Certification* CRM implementation experience* Proficiency in project management* Experience with Tableau CRM* Experience with business process mapping/design* Experience with change management, including: rollout planning, training plan development, and user adoption* Scrum Master Certification or familiarity with Agile principles or experience working on Scrum teamsInterested candidates please send resume in Word format Please reference job code 198715 when responding to this ad.
