Job Title: POTS Technician / Bonded DSL TechnicianLocation: Los Gatos, CAJob Type: W2 Full Time Bonded DSL Technician (not a contractor)Salary: $60k - $90k (base, per job, and mileage reimbursement)Benefits: Health Insurance and 401kRequirements: -(1) You must have expert knowledge of Bonded DSL / Bonded ADSL, and POTS. -(2) You provide your own truck, ladders, and tools. -(3) Have worked for a telecommunications provider (are likely services the same area).Bonded DSL Technician Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Bonded DSL Technician to join our team. As a Bonded DSL Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing bonded DSL connections. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that customers have reliable, high-speed internet service. -Responsibilities of a Bonded DSL Technician:

• Install and maintain bonded DSL connections, including bonding multiple DSL lines together to create a single connection.
• Conduct regular inspections of bonded DSL equipment to ensure that it is working properly.
• Respond to customer complaints and service requests, and troubleshoot and repair bonded DSL issues.
• Perform testing and repairs on bonded DSL equipment, such as modems, switches, and routers.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to diagnose and resolve complex bonded DSL issues.
• Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working with bonded DSL equipment.
• Document all work performed, including test results, repairs, and equipment changes.
