This position is for a full-time (32 hours per week) Maintenance
Technician I to work at Stonebridge Apartments, an 80-unit
affordable family housing community in St. Helena, CA. Qualified
candidates must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance
experience, knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical and
general maintenance. Must have a CADL, clean DMV record and
reliable transportation. Must have basic computer knowledge. Salary
range: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is
generally $20.00- 24.00 per hour, DOE experience with a $1500.00
signing bonus for new hires. Bonus is given for new hires not
referred or sourced through an agency.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Maintenance Technician I performs necessary and minor repairs
and preventative maintenance on rental units as they become vacant.
May also assist in Painting of Interior Units, Office Areas,
Laundry Room and Common Area Maintenance.

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTS
