Service Technician with excellent customer service skills, a strong
work ethic, and the ability to grow into a leadership position. We
are a bustling, highline dealership with a steady workflow, an
experienced service team, and a very up-to-date facility.

environment.Responsibilities:Interact daily with Customers, Service
Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales
Associates, and ManagersPerform vehicle repair and/or maintenance
work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in
accordance with dealership and factory standards; drive Customer
loyaltyCommunicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors
regularly to effectively manage production and Customer
communicationDiagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform
repair, if authorized by the CustomerConduct multi-point
inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the
safety and reliability of Customer vehiclesDocument work performed
on each vehicle on the repair orderKeep abreast of factory
technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training
classes as appropriateProvide an exceptional customer experience to
drive loyaltyAchieve targeted Customer Satisfaction
IndexQualifications:3+ years prior automotive diagnostic
experienceStrong focus on Customer Service; team playerAbilityto
work in a fast-paced work environmentStrong organizational skills
and detail-orientedPossess a valid in-state driver's license and an
