The -Associate Technical Support Analyst II will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, training users on basic system and computer functions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This position will also support special operational and technology improvement projects.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Serves as a resource on issues related to operational support
  • Works with others to troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Helps to implement recommendations and process improvements to improve technology services
  • Contributes to operational improvement projects
  • May assist in Service desk in customer service support, hardware or desktop tasks
  • Supports technology onboarding and related tasks for new staff
  • Collects and organizes information from various sources like computer data and ticket/metric histories
  • Travel to different site locations to provide technology support

      Required Qualifications:


      • Associate's Degree OR 1+ years technical support or help desk
      • 2+ years of -experience in a customer service role
      • 1+ year of technology experience, preferably with technology support or help desk
      • Reliable transportation and the ability to do 25% local travel

        • Internship or experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar position
