Job Description:

Duties include but not limited to:We are seeking a Project Manager who has a record of managing design build projects in Government sectors. He/she must be good forward planner and excellent motivator. The DB Project Manager will perform QA, monitor, follow up and manager the project procurement, cost control and scheduling. They will ensure project scope would be incorporated into design and monitor cost effective design process, coordinate meeting with meeting minutes, job safety, quality assurance is in compliance with contract documents. Monitoring, controlling, and updating project schedules, owner contracts and construction contracts. The DB Project Manager shall become a "trusted" partner for our public work clients as well as to company project execution team like PM, and bring solutions to every individual projects that our company takes. Skills & Experience:

  • Conceptualize, design, sketch, prototype for project estimating purpose.
  • Experience in government Design build projects with Architectural background and construction experience.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction projects and be efficient documents manager.
  • Able to control construction price reviewing with PM
  • Managing Design team and process using his/her contractual program/time awareness and technical expertise.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Project Scheduling and Outlook a Must (Adobe and/or BIM experience)
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful Project Management Experience on Government construction projects in the $500k-30 million range. Design-build experience a plus. Diverse experience with a variety of building types.
  • Budget control and job cost forecasting experience and skills.
  • Ability to direct planning, design and implementation of architectural/engineering designs and construction phases of construction projects.
  • Schedule Creation, implementation, and monthly progress updates.
  • Quality Control.
  • Thorough understanding of construction codes, UFC, and another DB requirement.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints/drawings and relevant contract documents.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Co s PM, project team, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to resolve project issues or conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and dependable.Able to lead many projects at given time and leading project teams
