  • Performs maintenance work using tools and skills needed for several or all the following trades: welding, machine shop sheet metal, carpenter, electrician, plumber, and auto repair
  • Performs necessary troubleshooting of maintenance problems and reports required solutions
  • Ensure equipment performs in a safe manner and complies with all the OSHA regulations
  • Repair and preventative maintenance of the facility such as roof repairs and/or equipment,
  • Reports to Maintenance Supervisor for issuesSPECIFIC DUTIES:
    • Maintaining records of any work and inspections done on-premises
    • Performing inventory on repair supplies
    • Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
    • Maintain, service, clean, and properly store equipment
    • Ensure company premises and facilities are kept clean and hygienic condition
    • Implements workplace safety policies and standards
    • Assignments include design, construction, and installation of equipment, including building
    • Completes assignments in a timely mannerEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
      • Experience in Pneumatic and/or hydraulic equipment. Must be able to read electrical schematics and has mechanical aptitude and plumbing skills.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
        • Knowledge and ability to perform complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs
        • Knowledge and ability to use small hand and power tools to make repairs or perform building maintenance as needed
        • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, automation, and environmental controls
        • Ability to use judgment in carrying out assignments
        • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of contractors, consultants, employees, and management
        • Able to work productively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
        • Able to comply with all safety policies and procedures
        • Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
        • Flexible and able to prioritize
        • Bilingual English/Spanish preferredWORK SCHEDULE:
          • Day shift
          • Monday to Friday
