Job Description:
Participates in technology project analysis, planning and
execution.Creates excellent documentation detailing as-is and to-be
processes, document technology and technical information, track and
trace them through changes and lifecycle of the project.Creates and
Executes Standard Operating Procedures working closely with Project
leads with focus on KPIs to help deliver excellent technology
enabled service to the team.Works closely with project manager,
Product Owners, Technical Architects/developers to provide
logistics, support, technology change management insights and
execution and reporting.Creates technical procedures and
documentation including technical requirements, data flow diagrams
and product validation plans.Works with new technology solutions
and helps in validation of the new technology solution and services
with validation plan creation, execution and reporting, that enable
direct and indirect patient care.Creates validations plans and
shares results with team.Ensures requirements traceability is
maintained in the validation test scripts and results.Adheres to
processes and checklists for execution of projects with problem
solving as required.Engages peers in other groups and works in
collaborative manner to deliver projects successfully.While
position is based in Oakland and expected to work from Oakland
offices, currently remote working is supported until normal office
based work resumes.1-2 day business travel may be required to
facilities to execute project activities. Some of the activities
includes assessments, analysis and testing issues and resolution at
medical centers and on-site presence is required. We will reimburse
travel for such approved needsRequired SkillsBA/BE/BS degree in
technology or technology management related fields10+ years as a
Technical Analyst or similar role in an mid-large size
enterprise/corporation in technology solutions service support or
solution development and support domain with hands-on roles and
proven track record of successful delivery.7+ years in IT project
experience dealing with different parts of enterprise
infrastructure, technical support aspects etc. (good understanding
of how enterprise IT works for providing end user support, support
escalations etc.)2+ years of excellent hands-on experience and
fluency with Tableu for reporting presentations, analysis and
setting up Tableu based solutions.Excellent hands on ability to
extract data using SQL and other tools like EXCEL (Pivot tables,
macros), Tablue and data analysis skills.3+ years working with
Agile, Scrum processes and experience in documenting use cases and
test cases.2+ years in supporting web based solutions or mobile
apps.Good understanding of application design and delivery process
and technology elements such as APIs.Interpret data trends and
metrics and create actionable plans based on data.Excellent
analytical skills to ensure root causes are identified for
issues.Experience with incident management and tools like Service
Now, JIRA, GIT3+ years in work environment with exposure to service
metrics, SLA understanding and reporting, resolving issues within
prescribed time.Can-do attitude with ability to wear multiple hats
in a project team.Understands nuances of organizations and has
excellent soft skills to understand the expectations and delivers
to those expectations.Excellent Documentation, Written and verbal
presentation skillsto quickly document concepts, plans, metrics and
trends and overall project lifecycle content.Proficiency for
documenting critical events, meetings and flows for communications
and learnings.Ability to commit and deliver, take accountability
and empowerment with diligent focus on process.Fast and agile
learner with learning mind-set.Preferred/Nice to have skills3+
years Data, information and business/technology workflow modelling
skills for large corporations (Process design or change mgmt.)1-2+
year in Software Development in Java, JSP, API based web
application using SQL Server / Mongo DB.3+ years in Technical QA,
Technical support or release management
experience.HealthCare/Medical Center/Hospital work domain knowledge
(preferred, not requiredRequired Skills : -Experience working in a
development or automation environment -**Experience with APIs, web
services, or microservices** -SQL -Tableau -Experience with
ServcieNow or a different ticketing system -ITSM, incident
management, service management, or production support
