Job Description:
Mindful Health Solutions is an integrated psychiatric group
practice that frees patients from the burden of depression and
other mental health burdens with compassionate care, traditional
treatments, and the most innovative, FDA-cleared therapies

nationally recognized experts in psychiatry, our clinicians provide
the highest standard of care while continually seeking the most
advanced therapies for our patients.
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst with strong analytical and
operational experience to work with key business leaders across the
organization to aid in supporting or leading the development,
implementation, communication, and administration of compensation
plans including base pay and incentive programs.
This role will also be responsible to participate in incentive plan
design and support the administration of executive compensation
programs. This is a fully remote role, but highly prefer Pacific or
Mountain timezone.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conducting job evaluations to determine appropriate
job title, pay grade, position level, and incentive level to ensure
alignment with internal talent equity and external market
competitiveness
Conducting regular job classification audits (EEO, FLSA, etc.) to
ensure accurate and compliant job descriptions and job
classifications are maintained
Partner with, and provide consultative support on job evaluations,
job descriptions, incentive plans and any other compensation
related matters
Conduct complex data analysis to measure or compare competitiveness
and effectiveness of company compensation programs, and provide
recommendations for enhancements and improvements
Lead incentive plan design and administration process for assigned
incentive plans
Conduct benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels,
and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support
the strategic growth of the business
Consult with Talent Acquisition and People Operations on complex
job offers and retention needs
Participate in the administration of all recurring compensation
processes
Assess market trends and provide ad hoc compensation analysis as
needed
Participate in the research for, and ongoing development and
administration of a compensation program that matches
organizational needs
Manage Clinician renewal proposals and subsequent compensation
changes
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the
integrity and validity of the data reported
Analyze trends in compensation and build intelligence through
reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University (Human Resources,
Industrial Organizational Psychology, Finance or Business degree
preferred)
Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation
Experience in Excel, including experience building analysis and
models
Project management experience a plus
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Analytical thinker and problem solver with the ability to
understand and communicate the meaning of the data being
presented
Proven ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic work
environment
Strong project management and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and compensation
platforms and databases
