Job Description:

Control Risks is looking for a Lab Technician to support our client's Fraud & Anti-Piracy program. The role will work in our client's lab, leveraging cutting-edge test & characterization techniques, world-class instruments, and innovative solutions for board/system-level analysis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide insight on instrumentation capabilities and limitations in the context of root cause analysis and/or device level performance testing.
• Communicate evaluation findings in a clear, concise manner to multiple audiences.
• Follow and enforce established safety procedures to ensure a safe and cooperative work environment
• Generate standard operation procedures and device assessment reports
• Following proper evidence handling procedures and chain of custody protocols
  Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical engineering or related engineering field
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical engineering or related engineering field
  • 1+ years of experience with lab tools, including an operating knowledge of Real-Time Spectrum Analyzer, RF enclosure, Oscilloscope, Optical microscope, and Digital Multimeter .2+ years of experience in Hardware
  • Test, Reliability Engineering, or Lab Technician work
  • Experience with high tech and industry-leading consumer hardware
  • Experience with procurement and inventory control of supplies and equipment
  • Knowledge of laboratory equipment protocols and procedures, ability to utilize, calibrate, and configure laboratory testing systems and instruments
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and training to end-users
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and motivation to operate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
