Capacity Strategy Analyst

The Role

This position is a remote position with an open location in the US.

A Capacity Strategy Analyst is responsible for analyzing and helping to resolve workforce supply & demand challenges. The ideal candidate will possess an analytical and process-driven mindset, strive in an agile and fast-growing environment, and have a proven track record of strong global stakeholder engagement. This role will help drive successful client delivery by proactively working with business leads and HR to identify the talent needs of our clients vs. the availability of our people. Additionally, they will serve as a partner to HR to ensure a strong candidate experience and help HR to prioritize most urgent job openings.

What This Job Involves:

* Advise business leads on resourcing solutions by analyzing client demands and supply requests.
* Centralize the resourcing process by having visibility of resourcing across all regions and functions.
* Analyze pipeline and demand metrics to proactively identify potential resource gaps.
* Partner with HR to communicate metric findings, high risk openings, and enhance the candidate experience.
* Provide support to the program teams; including helping to track schedules, preform risk analysis/assessments, and identify and resolve critical path issues
* Work closely with stakeholders in multiple functions and geographic regions to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
* Provide key hiring expectation metrics and inputs to finance for forecasting and budgeting.
* Create opportunities for stakeholder to provide feedback to help drive communication and knowledge strategy and priorities
* Obtain, summarize and communicate key challenges and communication recommendations to the Solutions' leadership and HR team

Key Skills:

* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions
* Strong written and verbal English grammar, spelling, punctuation, usage & pronunciation
* Global Teaming: Experience working with team members that reside in other geographies and time zones.
* Communications: Ability to get consensus and collaboration across many business units and explain complex concepts in layman's language. Ability to generate enthusiasm, communicate with all levels of management and staff.
* Client Orientation: Understands our internal clients' needs and concerns with willingness for responding promptly and effectively to stakeholder needs.
* Drive for Results: Makes things happen and doesn't need micromanaging, is proactive with a balance between analysis and doing, setting high standards for self and commitments to organizational goals.
* Learning and knowledge sharing: Open to new ideas and shares own knowledge with internal partnerships throughout the organization; through facilitation sessions, our social technologies, and communication mediums.
* Teamwork: Collaborates with others in own unit and across boundaries and acknowledges others' contributions. Works effectively with individuals, gaining support and commitment from others, influencing and resolving differences across organizational boundaries.
* University degreed education
* 2+ years' experience in a similar role or within technology or real estate industry.
* Experience working across diverse geographies and in global teams
* Proven teammate who must be able to work under pressure, juggle multiple projects, and use own initiative and motivation to meet deadlines and set priorities without close supervision
