This position within Sales Operations will focus on managing the Sales Stack for our SDR Team, our FinOps Team, and Field Teams here at LiveRamp. This role enables you to have significant business impact through involvement in Salesforce development, process improvements, reporting, forecasting, and other highly visible projects.-- For this role, we're looking for someone who is looking to build out their process design mindset and grow in their Sales Operations career. You will be actively working on your own projects to improve the sales stack by carefully gathering requirements, understanding the pain-points and putting a solution in place to drive effective change. This position will also serve as a front line person to our stakeholders as they develop more familiarity with our instance. You will:

• Streamline existing Sales, SDR and FinOps processes.
• Perform project-based-work on an on-demand basis for the above departments.
• Create Salesforce dashboards for the above departments.
• Maximize functionality of our sales and prospecting processes and platforms.--
• Maintain consistent global standards for our data.
• Scope and design functional needs for Salesforce development projects.
• Assist the team in maintaining our Sales Support alias and Slack Channels.
• Ownership of Account Data, Contact Data, Lead Data and Activity Data.
• Ownership of DnB Optimizer, Einstein Activity Capture, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft and more. Your team will:-- Help us scale the business by building carefully thought-out processes and reducing future technical debt.   • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills required.
  • Experience defining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies
  • Business familiarity with SaaS companies.--
  • Salesforce project-based experience
  • Salesforce reporting experience Bonus Points:
