We're looking for an experienced leader to grow awareness and adoption of Company Freight. You'll be responsible for Marketing's contribution to revenue, defining and growing awareness of the brand, and establishing Freight's position in the market. The right candidate has deep B2B expertise and can be a thought partner for the business, establishing Marketing's role and contributing to the Freight vision. You are proven to be a strong leader with a passion for growth and developing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead, develop and motivate a high performing team of B2B marketing professionals.
• Be accountable for driving demand and growing usage across all segments.
• Build and nurture Freight's B2B engine across functions by articulating a clear vision for teams to integrate into all business marketing efforts.
• Set the direction including brand strategy, positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Manage and prioritize initiatives and allocate budgets across channels.
• Partner closely with the Freight leadership team to share Marketing insights, influence direction and establish alignment.
• Find new ways to engage with Shippers and Carriers to establish Company as a key transportation and logistics partner. Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role owning growth targets and brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience working with sales teams to drive leads, accelerate pipeline and deliver revenue. Preferred Qualifications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
    • Strategic thinking including the ability to see and communicate the big picture in a way that inspires your team and stakeholders.
    • Ability to influence and bring others together to achieve goals.
    • Analytical with a data-driven mentality and experience reporting results across the business.
    • A passion for building teams, developing people, and producing results.
    • Strong brand strategy experience
    • A combination of experience working at startups and large companies
