We are seeking a strong performer to join our Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Investment Banking team in our San Francisco office. Our senior bankers have completed in excess of 160 M&A and capital-markets transactions over the past 20 years.Deal Execution. The candidate will execute transactions within our TMT team. The candidate needs an extremely strong interpersonal and technical skill set. The job entails extensive interaction with colleagues and clients, financial analysis, preparation of financial projections and valuation analyses; drafting of selling memoranda or private placement memoranda; management of client due diligence processes; and preparing management for meetings with investors/buyers. It may also often require significant outgoing calling efforts for transactions or market intelligence gathering.Requirements* 2-4 years of Investment Banking experience required* Bachelor's degree with strong academic record* Demonstrated understanding of corporate finance, valuation analysis and accounting principles* Passion for transaction advisory and execution* Proven sell-side M&A experience* Keen interest in the Technology, Media & Telecom sectorQualifications And Responsibilities Include* Strong intellectual curiosity in the TMT sector with a bias towards Technology and an ability to distill vast amounts of information into a concise and cohesive format* Strong interpersonal and technical skill set as job entails significant interaction with colleagues and clients* Build financial analyses (financial models, valuation analyses, merger modeling, etc.)* Drafting of marketing material including selling memoranda or private placement memoranda* Conduct and prepare TMT industry trends and sector research* Prepare live deal deliverables for client meetings and diligence processes* Ability to articulate and coordinate discussions of ideas and conclusions to senior team members and managementBenefits* Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)* Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)* Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)* Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
