Facilities, Finance, and People Ops - Finance / We are looking for a finance professional interested in playing an integral role in the operations of the finance team. You will work closely with finance leadership and the broader strategic finance team, where you will contribute to financial forecasting and reporting, improve and contribute to our financial planning tool, and learn how to participate in the operations of a fast growing start-up as it becomes ready to operate as a public company. YOUR IMPACT:

• Support our daily, monthly and quarterly activities, including financial reporting, forecasting and KPI tracking
• Support annual planning and quarterly budgeting process
• Partner closely with the Accounting team and broader Company as part of the month-end close process, including updating forecast, reviewing accruals, and conducting variance analyses
• Proactively lead deep dive analyses and share your insights with relevant stakeholders; contribute to company-wide strategic initiatives as needed
• Advise executives on financial performance, KPIs, and identify potential areas of improvement
• Help design, implement, and test FP&A software (Anaplan) and other business intelligence systems, across the organization
• Assist with board presentations, investor communication, and fundraising as necessary
• Perform financial modeling and market analysis for ad hoc projects ABOUT YOU:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in finance organizations--
  • Prior FP&A or Finance role at high-growth companies
  • Advanced modeling and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP
  • Exceptional attention to detail and able to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes
  • Understanding of ecommerce businesses and metrics; ability to apply these concepts in evaluating opportunities and risks in our financials
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience in Anaplan, or willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with business partners and present to executives
  • A thoughtful work style that can dive deep into the numbers, but also think about the bigger picture
