within the program What we’re looking for: Generalist marketing
expertise (strategy ? execution): Able to diagnose a business,
design an end-to-end marketing strategy, and translate it into a
clear, executable plan with priorities and sequencing. Copywriting
& messaging fundamentals: Able to assess and improve client
messaging and copy across key assets. Calm authority under
pressure: When clients feel overwhelmed or scattered, you bring
clarity, direction, and confidence — without absorbing their stress
or diluting the plan. Comfortable leading rooms and holding the
line : You can command a group, steer conversations back to what
matters, and say the hard thing when a client is avoiding the real
work. Fast-thinking, adaptable judgment : You process information
quickly, spot the real constraint, and adjust in real time without
needing a script or escalation. Prescriptive coaching over
people-pleasing : You coach with conviction. You give clear
recommendations, make decisions, and don’t hide behind “options” to
stay liked High care, high standards: You genuinely care about
clients — and that care shows up as expectations, accountability,
and follow-through Clear written thinking and framework-driven

their business — teams, timelines, and systems included Strong
teaching and coaching communication: Explain complex ideas simply,
give precise direction, and communicate confidently in both live
calls and written feedback. Strong prioritization & judgment: Help
clients focus on the right work at the right time — and manage your
own workload across a large client base Systems & methodology
application: Comfortable working within proven frameworks and
processes, applying them consistently while using judgment when
edge cases appear Everyday Tools used: Notion, Zoom, Slack, Fathom,
Google Suite Experience requirement: Minimum 5 years marketing
experience Coaching, consulting or teaching experience of any kind.
This role is not for you if… You want a slow, predictable role with
low expectations You want to clock in and clock out You avoid being
measured on outcomes You don’t hold yourself — or your clients — to
high standards You struggle to pivot, adjust, or decide quickly You
avoid direct feedback or difficult client conversations You need
rigid instructions instead of ownership and judgment Perks of the
role Fully remote, high-trust environment: Work from anywhere.
You’re measured on outcomes and standards, not time online or
activity theatre. Beginning at 25 hours per week, we will scale
this to full-time within the first 3-5 months. Total of 38 days of
paid vacation: 30 days of PTO with an additional day off on your
birthday, plus 7 country-specific holidays Salary at $70-180k FTE
(based on number of clients held) with growth opportunities at a
company in scale mode. World-class IP and credibility: You’ll coach
using the frameworks behind Allan Dib and The 1-Page Marketing Plan
— proven, respected IP that gives you instant authority with
clients. Coach real businesses to real results: This isn’t
hypothetical coaching. You’ll help business owners make clearer
decisions, implement faster, and see tangible growth in revenue,
leads, and confidence. Scale your income with impact: As your
client load grows and your quality holds, so does your earning
potential. Bonus structures reward excellent coaching and client
success. Fast-growing company, real momentum: Lean Marketing is
scaling. You’re joining a team building something meaningful, not
maintaining a stagnant program. Accelerated skill growth: Coaching
75 businesses forces sharp thinking, better judgment, and faster
pattern recognition — your skills compound quickly here.
Recognition and celebration for wins: Strong performance is seen,
acknowledged, and celebrated. Doing great work here doesn’t go
unnoticed. Powered by JazzHR a7fDIfwkDc
