If you are looking for a high growth, fast paced organization where you can have real influence please apply to start the conversation.This position holds accountability for administrative support focusing on compliance for the Network Services department.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other work-related duties may be assigned.

  • Support PMC credentialing process and data integrity by performing routine audits of PMC data, to include demographic data, licensure, certification, insurance information.
  • Monitor credential and insurance reports and follow up with PMCs to maintain current data.
  • Follow up with PMCs to obtain updated documents and process workflow tasks to update licensure, credential and insurance information.
  • Perform primary license verification for new PMCs.
  • Support on boarding process for all new PMDs/NWMs and Clinical Specialists by following on boarding requirements, copying/ correlating/preparing/shipping welcome and orientation materials (guides, welcome packages, identification cards, etc.).
  • Provide ongoing verification of onboarding progress and completion of required training courses
  • Assist with computer orientation set up and completion and monitor progression through administrative orientation.
  • Scanning documents and electronically uploading and filings
  • Maintain PMD vacation spreadsheet and manage process for updating
  • Maintain PMD birthday tracking spreadsheet
  • Assist with creation and distribution of Nurses Day and Holiday cards.
  • Assist with Patient Calendar production and management-includes updating documents, printing and distribution of calendars
  • Conduct various audits to support quality initiatives. Examples include customer communication preferences, required attestation, bulletin or educational requirements and report results
  • Gather information needed to support quality initiatives within the NWS department, SOC audit prep and the clinical management dept.
  • Contribute to NWM and PMD training prep and event registration logistics, events-copying forms, document preparation and collate summit materials with site mailings
  • Mailing information to NWMs, PMDs and Clinical Specialists such as letters, business envelopes/letterhead, etc.
  • Participation in front desk rotation for phone coverage as requested
  • Responsible for complying with Paradigm IT security requirement and policies.
  • Responsible for safeguarding Paradigm or Paradigm related IT passwords.
  • Responsible for notifying Paradigm of any IT security incidents per Policy No. 255 Information Security Incident Management.

    • Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Experience two years administrative office experience working in a fast paced detailed oriented position. Beginner to intermediate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point software.
    • Language- Solid oral communication skills and phone presence. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, and other documentation. Ability to write simple correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations with other employees of the organization.
    • Reasoning Ability - Ability to define simple problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions and deal with abstract and concrete variables.
