Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive who will have the exciting chance to create mind share and adoption of a dedicated engagement-strategy within Zendesk's highest potential accounts. You should have a proven track record of sales success for selling a suite or platform for business transformation solutions. You'll help expand our customers to utilizing the full strength of Zendesk on solutions like Talk, Chat, Connect, Explore and Sunshine. You'll be responsible for selling transformative industry solutions in both existing and new Zendesk accounts in collaboration with the Zendesk account team. You will also be the subject matter expert on dedicated engagement strategy. You will be measured by bookings and overall customer adoption. You possess both a business development expertise that enables you to find, craft and close new enterprise opportunities, engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with enterprise customers. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about finding new business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions. Responsibilities Manage and develop a subset of Zendesk's top accounts who have yet to realize the benefits of active engagement. Collaboratively develop a dedicated engagement specific strategy plan for your accounts with the broader Zendesk account management team. Craft new opportunities and expand existing business measured by new bookings and expansion revenue Develop and nurture CXO relationships at assigned accounts to ensure Zendesk has a strategic seat at the table with these accounts. Follow Zendesk sales process, tracking all critical activities and ensuring a deep understanding of the status of a deal at every stage of the process Identify and develop opportunities for deeper harmony across Zendesk's product portfolio and work with Zendesk's Connect GTM team to bring those ideas to market. Requirements Bachelor's degree Experience selling to VP and C level executives at large enterprises 5+ years of enterprise software selling experience; CX & SaaS highly preferred Consistent record of success with large and complex deals Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles using solution selling techniques Consistently over-achieving quota (top 10% in your company) Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a dynamic, agile company and sales team Willingness to travel#LI-CR1 The best customer experiences are built with Zendesk.
