framework is at Partner level and is for Semiconductor consulting
area. The role as a Semiconductor Partner will lead growth of the
consulting business across strategic account(s) by leveraging both
existing and emerging capabilities, in addition to creating new
strategic growth areas to deliver significant profitable growth for
the accounts and consulting globally.Our Semiconducor Partner is
expected to build C-level relationships, be proactive and
forward-thinking, and leverage strategic partnerships as relevant
for business growth strategy, in collaboration with the Global
Account Executives and other business leaders globally.In this
strategic role, you will drive transformational consulting
initiatives for semiconductor clients, helping them navigate the
complexities of a fast-evolving, capital-intensive, and
innovation-driven sector.In this role, you will be responsible for
building trusted executive relationships, shaping strategic
engagements, and driving business growth through differentiated
consulting solutions. You'll work across functions-engineering,
supply chain, manufacturing, go-to-market, and R&D-to help
clients scale innovation, improve operational performance, and
respond to global shifts in demand, policy, and technology.Key
ResponsibilitiesLead the growth of the semiconductor consulting
practice, including client development, solution innovation, and
project deliveryPartner with semiconductor companies on strategic
initiatives related to product development, design automation, fab
operations, supply chain resilience, sustainability, and digital
transformationBuild and maintain strong C-level client
relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in
the semiconductor domainCollaborate with cross-functional teams
across engineering, analytics, cloud, and AI to develop integrated
solutions that address clients' most complex challengesMonitor key
trends in the semiconductor ecosystem, including market shifts,
government policy, talent shortages, and technology
disruptionContribute to Wipro's consulting brand by participating
in industry events, analyst interactions, and publishing thought
leadershipMentor and develop consulting talent to build a
high-performing, client-focused team that is focused on
excellenceRequired SkillsetsExtensive experience in consulting or
advisory roles within the semiconductor industry, including work
with IDMs, foundries, fabless firms, or equipment manufacturersDeep
understanding of semiconductor design, manufacturing, and supply
chain processes, and how digital technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT,
digital twins) are shaping the future of the industryProven ability
to win and lead complex consulting engagements with top-tier
clients, driving both strategy and executionStrong executive
communication and relationship management skills, with the ability
to influence senior stakeholders across technical and business
domainsDemonstrated ability to build and scale consulting practices
or industry verticalsPassion for innovation, problem-solving, and
delivering business value at the intersection of technology and
industry expertiseBachelor's degree in engineering, electronics, or
