• Mountain View, CA$22.92 - $37.92/hourExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.40 hrs/wkContract (W2)Travel not requiredRole OverviewWe are seeking a contract Korean Bilingual HR Operations Specialist to support our client's business needs. This onsite role is based in Mountain View, CA.Responsibilities
  • Operate HR processes for all dispatchers
  • Support new dispatcher settlements
  • Review and maintain guideline documents
  • Compile periodic HR data analysis reports
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
  • Respond to miscellaneous team requests
  • Manage office events and assist in planning and organization, including all-hands meetings, happy hours, and team-building eventsSkills and Qualifications
    • U.S. college degree required; BA preferred
    • Fluency in English and Korean is mandatory
    • 3+ years HR experience in tech companies preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel skills are a plus
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and sound judgment
