Job Description:
Seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice
team in Tucker, Stone Mountain, and Lithonia areas. Manage a
caseload of home and assisted living patients, providing symptom
management, pain control, and family education. Work independently
with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule, attending bi-weekly
interdisciplinary meetings. Responsibilities include developing
care plans, documenting visits, performing nursing procedures, and
reporting patient changes. Must be a licensed RN in Georgia with at
least 2 years-------- experience, including hospice care, and have
reliable transportation. Candidates should demonstrate strong
judgment, adaptability, cultural competence, and emotional
stability. Physical and mental stamina required for patient care
