Direct Counsel is partnered with an AmLaw100 law firm who is looking for a Global Franchise & Supply Network Junior to mid-level Associate to join their Global Franchise & Supply Network Practice Group. The position involves multiple areas of franchise and distribution law including developing and structuring franchise and distributor programs, assessing and counseling on various franchise contract and relationship issues, drafting franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements, performing state registrations, negotiating supply contracts and other transactions, assisting in franchise dispute resolution, and international development and cross border transactions. Qualifications: Licensed to practice in CA, TX, FL, NY, GA, MA, IL, CO, TN, UT, SC, WA, MO, DE, or D.C. - - - - - - - - - Must possess a high level of academic achievement, - - - - - - - - - Law firm experience and - - - - - - - - - Superb writing, drafting and communication skills.
