Summary of Position: Responsible for preparing food and beverage items in accordance with recipes and established Company standards to deliver extraordinary hospitality. This position requires the flexibility to work in food preparation, packaging, cashiering and fulfilling beverage orders. Responsibilities:
--- Assist the Caf-- Manager and/or Lead i n ensuring that Food and Beverage items are prepared and served according to recipes and Company standards.
--- Provide exceptional guest service.
--- Clean and Maintain all assigned areas throughout shift, keeping all "First Guest Fresh".
--- Work individually and with the team, to surpass expectations in an efficient, motivated and positive, can-do manner.
--- Adhere to Company recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures.
--- Complete all required food and safety logs in a timely and efficient manner.
--- Adhere to Company Cash Handling Procedures.
--- Follow all Health and Safety standards, policies, and initiatives. Position Requirements:
--- Knowledge of food prepa ration, storage, sanitation and commercial kitchen equipment
--- Obtain ServSafe and or State Food Handler Certification. --- Be available to work a variety of day, night, weekend and holiday shifts as requested. --- Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment and in close proximity to other people --- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way --- Ability to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally. --- -Frequent bending, twisting, lifting and squatting will be required. Knowledge and Experience:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
